For Emergency Orders call 800-380-4913. Tracking numbers will be posted automatically and emailed to the buyer. If you would like for us to use your UPS, USPS, FEDEX, or DHL account numbers, be sure to post a note on your invoice with the shipping address and your account number. We will insure items at the request of the buyer. All items over $1000 are automatically insured and added to the shipping price unless the buyer requests otherwise.

FREIGHT ORDERS

Items requiring Freight Shipping are usually shipped out within 2 days after the order is placed. NOTE: If your item requires a flatbed trailer for shipping, booking times have taken up to 2 weeks to arrange a carrier. This is not always the case but has happened in the past.We will arrange freight shipping for you. Just send us your zip code and let us know if it is a Commercial Address or a Residential Address. If you do not have a forklift or loading dock BE SURE TO SPECIFY IF A LIFTGATE SERVICE IS NEEDED. If this information is left out the freight carriers will charge extra fees for having to deliver twice. We will strap your items to a pallet and load at no charge. FREIGHT INSURANCE

Accidents do happen. It is the customers responsibility to request Freight Shipping Insurance on your item. In most cases it will be an extra $40.00. Otherwise Industrial Parts R Us Inc. will not be held responsible for damaged shipments due to Freight Carrier Damage. (We do not use Saia Freight for this reason)
